Join the Tri Talking Sport Christmas Fitness Challenge this December to help keep your mind and body on track and have some fitness fun as we dive into the festive season. Lace up your runners, roll out your yoga mat, pump up those bike tyres or get your togs on, the choice is yours, the challenge is ON!
It’s very simple, just commit to completing 12 hours of your choice of physical activity between 1st and 25th December. Ideally this would be 30 minutes of activity per day for 24 days, however we know this isn’t always possible and, as this is a bit of fun and more about participation than competition you can decide to do 12*1 hours, 24* 30 minutes or 6*2 hours of the activity or mix of activities.
The most important thing is that you complete the 12 hours of activity over the period and take the time out to enjoy the session, be it on your own or with some fellow challengers or friends.
You can choose from yoga, pilates, running, swimming, cycling, walking, jogging, gym class or any other event that gets you moving, puts a smile on your face and gets the blood flowing through your veins.
Everyone who completes the challenge will be entered into a draw to win a variety of gifts from Santa’s Sleigh. There’s also a private Facebook Group to help keep you motivated and moving as we embrace the challenge and festive fun.
