GET YOUR CLUBS READY!
After the Splash and Dash, it’s time for triathlon clubs to go head to head! Teams of three from each club can take part. Clubs can enter as many teams as they like. Teams can be three men, three women, or any combination. Athletes will cover approximately a 150m swim and 2km run course before tagging in the next athlete.
This will be a great event for all club members to take part in! Whether you are new to the sport, and want to kick of your summer with trying a pool swim followed by a run. Or maybe you’re a seasoned triathlete putting together a team…everyone is welcome!
