Part of the Castle Race Series, Lough Cutra Triathlon and Multisport Festival is a staple in the triathlon calendar in Ireland. Lough Cutra Castle was built during the Gothic revival period and is idyllically situated overlooking the Estate’s 1,000 acre lake (the largest privately owned lake in Europe), home to this event’s open-water swims.
