The popular Flat Out Duathlon hosted by Athy Triathlon Club is back for 2024 taking place on Sunday March 3rd with a new and improved run course and transition area, bolstering the already fantastic reputation of the flat, fast, fun and friendly event.

Athletes will complete a 3k run, 23k bike and finish with a 3k run, the run sections take place on the newly opened Athy Distributor Road and the bike on the super smooth N78.

Part of the Triathlon Ireland Duathlon National Series this will be round 5 of the 2024 Series which is sure to attract lots of interest from around the country.
