Kilkenny Triathlon Club, will host their Duathlon on Sunday the 7th April at 11am starting and finishing at Kilkenny Castle Park.

Competitors will enjoy a run-bike-run course starting in the Castle park for a 5km run and then cycling for 20km out to Danesfort and across into Bennettsbridge and back into Kilkenny finally entering the castle for a second 3km run.

This is a perfect opportunity for athletes of all abilities to push themselves in a supportive, friendly and fun atmosphere. Whether you are a seasoned triathlete or a newcomer to the sport, you are sure to find something to love at this race in Kilkenny whether racing or spectating.

With both individual and relay options on the day, this Triathlon Ireland sanctioned race is sure to whet your sporting appetite and get hearts racing and the race showcases some of the beauty hotspots Kilkenny has to offer.
