Preview
There’s still plenty to ride for in in the Solo category, as Tom Murphy leads Heather Jameson by just 12 points. Ivan Naluswa currently sits third in that category. Murphy had a rough time out in last month’s Noel and Kieran Hammon Memorial, finishing fifth, but a strong start to the season sees him still holding onto top spot overall.
There are just 16 points separating Ciarán O’Toole and Ciaran Butler in the tandem league, as Jessica Kennedy currently trails the Ciaran’s in third place. O’Toole beat Butler and Kennedy last time out, but strong performances from all three throughout the season have kept things tight going into the final round.
Declan Slevin will look to take the crown in the Hand Cycle category, as he currently sits on 180 points, ahead of Seamus Wall on 126 and Ray Murnane on 74. Slevin took the win last time out in the penultimate round and will be hoping to continue that take the win again in the final event of the year.
