Efrem Gidey (Clonliffe Harreirs) produced a huge performance in Copenhagen earlier this morning (Sept 15th) to break the national half marathon record.
Gidey clocked 1:00:51 to finish 15th in the half marathon which looks set to be confirmed as a national record once ratified, bettering the time of 1:00:57 set by Martin Fagan back in 2009.
Splits:
- 5K – 14.16
- 10K – 28.43
