Triathlon Ireland will be represented by three athletes at Elite level at the 2025 World Triathlon Multisport Championships in Pontevedra later this month. All three athletes are set to compete at U23 or Junior level in their respective events.
Ralf Bodamer competes in the Under 23 Men’s Aquathlon on June 27th in Pontevedra. Having finished seventh at the European Aquathlon Champs earlier in the year, it will be exciting to track his progress this weekend. You can find the full start list HERE.
Coming off the back of finishing second in Round Three of the Triathlon National Series at Schull, Zoe Hughes will compete in the Junior Women’s Duathlon on Saturday 21st of June. You can find the full start list HERE.

Meanwhile, over 30 athletes are set to represent Tri-Team Ireland at the World Multisport Champs at Age Group level. From 20th – 29th June, Pontevedra will become the global stage for Multisport, featuring iconic courses, a festival atmosphere, and a packed schedule of events for athletes and supporters alike. The following team of athletes will represent Tri-Team Ireland in Spain across 6 multi-sport events.
