The Athletics Ireland Irish Runner Race Series is back!  This year’s series will include the Irish Runner 5k, Irish Runner 5 Mile, and Irish Runner 10 Mile.

Each event will be chip timed and will include a finishers medal for all participants. There’s also an option to purchase a race t-shirt at the registration stage.

This event incorporates the National 5K Championships, National Championships will close on Sunday 12th May at midnight.

Non-Athletics Ireland Members will require a One Day License to take part in these events. This can be added when registering.

The Irish Runner 5k will take place on Saturday May 18th in the Phoenix Park.

The Irish Runner 5 Mile takes place on June 23rd and the Irish Runner 10 Mile takes place on July 21st.
