Cycling Connacht tonight launched their 2023 Leisure Series aimed at encouraging cyclists of all abilities to get on their bike and enjoy exploration of the province on two wheels over the course of the coming months.

Last year was the first year of the series, the brain child of Cycling Connacht’s Leisure Rep John Greene, it was hugely successful with 900 cyclists from 27 counties and 78 clubs enjoying the variety of events that were part of the 2022 series.

This year five new events will form the series starting with the Eastern Challenge Etape on April 9th with the final event taking place in Achill at the Tour de Achill on 2nd September.
