December Fitness Challenge Winners Announced

ByJoanne Murphy |

For the first few weeks of December the Tri Talking Sport Fitness Challenge saw over 300 people embrace the opportunity to get and keep moving for a minimum of 12 hours across the period of 1st – 25th December.

The challenge has been running for the past number of years, supporting, encouraging and motivating people to simply keep moving as the world around them spins with the fun and festivities of the Christmas period.

Although for many it was a very different lead up to Christmas Day this year, it is always a busy and often a stressful time for people.  Having the challenge to motivate participants to take time out for themselves is and was very important not only for their physical but also mental health.

This year 92% of those who signed up completed a minimum of 12 hours of activity which was fantastic and meant that we had lot of names in the draw who were in with the chance of winning some super prizes.

The challenge is always generously supported by a variety of companies, events, clubs and individuals who provide prizes, this year was no exception. Huge thanks to those who provided prizes for this years event.

Winners of the prizes are listed below, congratulations to those who were lucky enough to be drawn from Santa’s Sleigh this year! Roll on the 2022 December Fitness Challenge!
