Katie-George Dunlevy and Linda Kelly have taken home double gold at the World Cup in Maniago, Italy over the weekend. The pair took the top spot in both the time trial and the road race in their respective category.
Several other Irish para-cyclists were also in action at the World Cup, with 19 year old Cormac O’Callaghan securing 10th in the Men’s Elite Individual Time Trial and 9th in the Road Race and Rachel Timothy 7th in the Women’s Elite Individual TT and securing silver in the Road Race.
Damien Vereker was also within the Top 10 for the Time Trial finishing in 9th place overall, before going on to finish 13th in the Road Race. Allister MacSorley was in action on the Handbike for Ireland, securing 12th in TT and 13th in the Road Race.
