Over 300 people took part in the annual Tri Talking Sport December Fitness Challenge last month aimed at encouraging and motivating people to get and keep moving across the festive period.

In a slight change to previous editions of the event, the 2023 version saw participants encouraged to complete a daily target of 30 minutes of physical activity with suggested daily activities shared giving participants ideas and inspiration to get and moving across the month with the goal of being #Fit4Christmas, plus there was no tracker to complete so the accountability was in the hands of each participant.

With spot prizes won across the month by particpants the final set of prizes were selected as a lucky dip from Santa’s Sleigh. Huge thanks to the partners who provided prizes for participants and well done to everyone who took part in and complete the Challenge.
