Many athletes will compete in multiple events, making for a packed and challenging schedule. However, confidence is high within the camp.
“It will be a very busy few days—there are a lot of athletes competing in multiple events, and I’m really excited to see how they perform on the fast track in good weather conditions,” said James Nolan, Head of Paralympic Athletics. “There is a great energy within the group. It’s wonderful to see new and academy athletes stepping up alongside our more experienced Paralympians.”
