The Mixed Team Relay Champs are returning for 2023 and will be held at the Castle Triathlon Series Lough Cutra Triathlon on Saturday, 27th May.

The Mixed Team Relay is one of the most fun experiences you can have in triathlon, and this competition will see clubs from all over Ireland battle it out for the National Championship Title.

What is the Mixed Team Relay?

The Mixed Team Relay is a fun team event across a super-sprint course. The team must consist of two men and two women, each racing a 200-metre swim, 5-kilometre bike, and 1.5-kilometre run.

In order to be considered for the National Championship prize, all team members must be members of the same Triathlon Ireland affiliated club.

Clubs can enter more than one team, so get chatting to your clubmates and get your team together!
