If you would like the chance to race in Dublin, but aren’t currently on the National Junior or Horizon Squads, read below.

Two upcoming events will be offered as opportunities for athletes aged between the ages of 16 and 19 to qualify to take part in the upcoming Europe Triathlon Junior Cup at Vodafone Dublin City Triathlon on the 26th of August. This is a great chance to race in draft-legal format against some of the best juniors in Europe!

Athletes between the ages of 16 and 19 can enter Two Provinces Triathlon. The second race option is for those aged 16 – 17 and will be at Skerries Youth Series Triathlon.

Junior athletes who are not currently on either the Junior National or Horizon Squads will have the chance to showcase their skills at either of the below events, and possibly be selected to race in Dublin over draft legal format. Places will be offered to Junior National Squad and Horizon Squad members in the first instance.
