It’s flat, it’s fast, it was Race of the Year in 2019 – it’s TriTyrone! A race that is hugely popular and always an immediate sell-out, this year the Middle Distance National Championships return to Dungannon for the TriLimits Triathlon Club organised race. With two stacked fields, a big day lies ahead on Sunday, 27th July.

Course Profile

For 2025, the swim, finish and transition area is moving to a different part of the lake, as outlined on the maps below.A new swim location for this year means the start of the run and bike courses differ to previous iterations of the race, but the rest of the course remains largely unchanged.

Top names togging out

In the women’s field, top middle distance and national series racers will be out in force to contest this year’s National Championship race. Fresh from her first National Series win of the season, Becky Woods has her name in the hat for TriTyrone.
