FASTLANE ticks both of those boxes. With the help of pacers 1.30 1.40 1.45 1.50 & 2hours, this could be the race for you…. 

The race is located along the scenic settings of the Grand Canal and around the newly surfaced perimeter of Grange Castle business park. It has that country feel on the edge of the city. It is a flat course with long straight lines. The route has an elevation gain of 27m over 10km.

For the more seasoned runners, a PB might be your motivation. However, for first-timers right through to those who are regaining their fitness this is an ideal race to see how your training is going for you.
