Predator Triathlon Club will host the 2025 Indoor Youth Aquathlon on Saturday, June 15th at the National Triathlon Centre at the University of Limerick. The event is shaping up to be a fun-filled morning for young athletes of all abilities aged 9 to 17.
This exciting indoor event is designed to introduce kids and teens to the world of multisport in a safe, controlled, and inclusive environment. Whether your child is a first-timer or an experienced swimmer, triathlon club member, there’s a place for everyone on the start line.
An aquathlon is a swim-run event. For this race, participants will swim in the UL Arena’s indoor pool before transitioning to a closed and fully marshalled run course around the campus grounds.
While this isn’t a competitive event with podium prizes, every participant will receive a medal — celebrating effort, participation, and a great day out.
Be sure to register early via the Triathlon Ireland website under “find a race” or click the link HERE! Race numbers will be distributed on-site, and participants will need only their swim gear, running shoes, and enthusiasm!
